Kinyafilms (“Kinyafilms”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an online video streaming and content distribution platform operated as a registered individual enterprise under the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Law N°058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy in Rwanda, and applicable regulations issued by the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA).

We do not store Mobile Money PINs, passwords, or full financial credentials.

Kinyafilms does not own the movies or content available on the platform. We operate as a content distribution and access facilitation service. All intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.
