By accessing or using Kinyafilms (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. About Kinyafilms

Kinyafilms is an online video streaming and content distribution platform operated as a registered individual enterprise under the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

We provide users with convenient access to movies and video content. Kinyafilms does not own the content made available on the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Kinyafilms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid phone number.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Payments

• Kinyafilms may offer free trials or promotional plans.
• Paid subscriptions are processed via Mobile Money providers such as MTN and Airtel.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Your subscription will expire automatically unless renewed.

6. Content Disclaimer

Kinyafilms does not own, host, or claim intellectual property rights over the movies or content available on the platform.

All content remains the property of its respective owners. Kinyafilms acts solely as a content distribution and access facilitation service.

7. Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to bypass security or payment systems
• Sharing accounts or reselling access
• Copying, recording, or redistributing content
• Interfering with platform performance

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law, Kinyafilms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
